Cathy helps people in a variety of ways. She provides Occupational Therapy services to children always working closely with families, educators and other team members. For families Cathy provides service coordination that guides parents to confidently lead their child’s team. This enables parents to set goals, design, implement and monitor individualised programmes and ultimately get the results they dream of for their child. Cathy’s first book details this process of Becoming Chief and leading your child team, it is due on the shelves mid 2015.
With 30 years clinical experience as an occupational therapist working with children and families internationally Cathy shares her knowledge through individual and group clinical supervision, mentoring, workshops, conference presentations and guest speaking. Cathy’s passion is for therapists to provide vibrant modern and effective services that bring out the best in their clients and also in themselves. She is up to date, practical and energetically supports her profession.
